Darling is the only daughter of King Charming and Queen Charming. Daring and Dexter are her older brothers; the former by nine months, the latter by a few seconds, as she and Dexter are twins. She is also close with her twin brother Dexter. She also became friends with Chase Redford after Way Too Wonderland, who admired her skill in combat and bowed in request to dance.

Romance

Darling has stated on her profile that she likes boys who are «pure of heart». More often than not, the majority of male students at Ever After High completely fawn over at even the sight of Darling and constantly try confessing their love to her, albeit being politely turned down by her in the process, since Darling knows all too well that their confessions are just to grab attention and are fake deep down.

In «Dragon Games», Apple White is poisoned by the Evil Queen and falls into a cursed sleep in hopes that nothing will awaken her this time. After Daring’s attempt to kiss her fails, he realizes he is not Apple’s Prince Charming. Apple starts choking in her sleep, which is a sign that the apple was lodged in her throat. As a result, Darling Charming performs CPR to get the dislodged apple out of her throat which awakens Apple. Because CPR was used to save Apple and not a true love’s kiss, there is no clear confirmation as to whether or not this was an act of heroism or true love.

She speaks formally in matters of courtship and has particular expectations of how she is to be rescued, who is to rescue her, and so forth. Later, Princess Fiona’s true self emerges, revealing a down-to-earth and independent woman who is a match for Shrek when it comes to the bad habits he has. She enjoys burping and likes to get foot massages. She’s a loyal friend and wife, and unlike princesses of fairy tales, an old pro in hand-to-hand combat with knowledge of Chinese martial arts, leading a rebellion with the princesses while pregnant with Shrek’s children. She also has very poor manners (just like Shrek), since she is an ogre. According to the Magic Mirror, she is a feisty woman who likes Pina coladas and getting caught in the rain. She’s shown to be very nurturing and proves to be a great mother to her and Shrek’s triplets.

In the alternative world it is shown that she doesn’t want to be a human and she wants to stay ogre. She is also more hard-headed in this universe, having been disillusioned due to not being rescued for many years.

As seen when he narrates his story at the beginning of Shrek 2, he is self-centered. He is portrayed as an egotistical and conceited mother’s boy. He is also sometimes not very bright, as seen where he pretends to be Shrek, he doesn’t know that he needed to act like Shrek in order to deceive Fiona. He also was very offensive towards Shrek, as when he called him «dreadful». He also believed, as shown in his last moments, that the «Happily Ever After» of being with Fiona belonged to him, but that Shrek stole it from him. However, in Shrek The Third, he was eager to avenge his mother after her death in Shrek 2, caused by Harold. He, along with his mother, was remorseless, unlike Harold, who formerly conspired with them, as he had no qualms about how what they were doing would affect Shrek. Personality

King Harold was best described as stubborn and unwilling to change. Despite this, he loved his daughter very much and wanted the best for her.

At first, he highly opposed the marriage of Shrek and his daughter Princess Fiona. He even went as far as employing an assassin (Puss in Boots) to murder Shrek after the Fairy Godmother ordered him to do so, to allow the handsome Prince Charming to take throne next to Fiona. This was most likely done because Harold really believed that Shrek had ruined Fiona’s life and that she would have been better off with Prince Charming. Eventually, Harold apologized to Shrek, stopped the Fairy Godmother from hurting Shrek, and gave both Shrek and Fiona his blessing at the ending of Shrek 2.

Before he died, he apologized to Fiona for locking her in the tower years ago and confessed that her and Shrek’s eternal love for each other taught him so much. He even proudly called Shrek his son-in-law, to which Shrek replied that he was proud to call Harold his father-in-law.

It seems that Harold also felt scared of Fiona finding out that he was a frog, since Shrek being an ogre most likely reminded him of his original form and gave the ogre grief because of it (as Donkey points out). When his true form was revealed, he felt ashamed of his daughter finding out who he really was and believed he wasn’t worthy of Lillian anymore. Lillian, however, reassured her love for him because of how much he was willing to give of himself to make Fiona happy.

Профилактика болезней

Профилактические мероприятия от болезней и вредителей, в основном, проводят на вновь приобретенных растениях. Их пересаживают при необходимости в новый субстрат и обрабатывают специальными препаратами от вредителей или грибковых заболеваний.

В домашних условиях профилактикой считается правильность ухода и наблюдение за возможным появлением вредителей. Гибридные фаленопсисы достаточно редко подвергаются заболеваниям, если соблюдаются необходимые условия и выполняются все правила ухода.

Шрек

Пряня впервые замечен допрашиваемым о местонахождении других сказочных существ в подземелье Лорда Фаркуада. Фаркуад приказал своему прихвостню Телонию пытать Пряню: оторвать ему ноги и окунуть в стакан молока. Фаркуад также насмехается над ним, заставляя его ноги бегать вокруг, говоря: «Что-ж, я от бабушки ушёл и от дедушки ушёл. А от меня не уйдёшь!», а потом бросает в него одну ногу и крошит перед ним другую. Пряня сопротивляется и плюет в лицо Фаркуаду, заставляя его пригрозить снять его пуговицы из жевательной помадки. Это заставляет Пряню начать говорить о рифме Кекса (на данный момент дурачит Фаркуада). Однако допрос прерывает Капитан стражи Дюлока, который сообщает Фаркуаду, что они нашли Волшебное зеркало. Biography

In Shrek

Although Charming doesn’t appear physically in the film, he gains a brief mention, in which Princess Fiona reveals that she thought that she would be rescued by Charming.

In Shrek 2

In Shrek 2 he is more of a comic relief character. Charming travels to the castle, where Fiona had been imprisoned prior to the first movie, only to discover that Shrek has already found her and married her, and that Big Bad Wolf (without any explanation to how Big Bad Wolf got there in the first place) has taken to sleeping in her tower.

Charming’s narration in this scene (as well as his conversation with Big Bad Wolf) reveal the most important aspects of the plot from the first film.

It is later revealed that Charming is, in fact, the son of the Fairy Godmother and that the Fairy Godmother wants her son to marry Fiona, so that Charming can become king (similar to Lord Farquaad’s intentions from the 1st film). As such (in contrast to his Fairy Tale namesake), this version of Prince Charming plays a more villainous role.

Later, in the movie, Charming deceives Fiona into believing that he is Shrek, having been turned human by a «Happily Ever After» potion.

Nevertheless, Charming’s foul attitude shines through the disguise, and Fiona realizes the truth before the end of the movie.

At the end, Charming is forced into dancing with Doris, who runs «The Poison Apple.»

In Far Far Away Idol, Charming sang, «I’m Too Sexy», by Right Said Fred, although, during the song, Shrek and Fiona press a button, opening a trapdoor below him, due to his horrible singing.

In Shrek the Third

In Shrek The Third he is stuck in the theater, rather a stage in a bar, playing himself, due to his name. Despite being the main character in Charming’s own play (which appears to be a spoof on the classic Fairy Tale, «Rapunzel»), the audience cheers when the Shrek Mascot comes onstage.

Finally (in a version of a Buster Keaton gag), a prop tower falls on Charming, but he escapes injury, as the window passes around him.

Charming leaves the theater, upset, and goes to his «dressing room» (in reality, the back alley, behind the bar), and starts sobbing.

There, Charming vows to his mother that he will become the king of Far Far Away.

Charming organizes an army of villains in The Poison Apple, all upset that they have not gotten their «Happily Ever After.»

While Shrek, Donkey, and Puss are in search of the heir to the kingdom, Fiona holds off a coup defeat by Charming.

Upon Shrek’s return, he is captured by Charming.

Charming then places Shrek in the play, now being performed in an auditorium before the entire kingdom.

Shrek begins to ruin it for Charming, by making a fool of him.

As Charming is about to kill Shrek onstage, Fiona and the others burst in, getting ready to fight the villains.

Before a confrontation ensues, Artie (the true king) convinces the villains to give up their evil ways.

Charming refuses, and apparently stabs Shrek, but (as Shrek reveals to the others), he is completely unharmed; Charming (with his bad aim) merely stuck the sword between Shrek’s arm and side.

Shrek throws Charming before Dragon (who tips a stone tower over Charming he notes it and says Mummy surprised if Rapunzel is still in there the tower lands on charming trapping and potentially crushing him to death, and his crown rolls out).

In Shrek Forever After

Charming makes a cameo during the flashback montage of the end credits but he was supposed to be dead in the 3rd movie. However, it remains debatable whether or not he actually died since his fate is unclear as it isn’t shown onscreen.

In Scared Shrekless

Charming appears in the story «Bates Motel», told by Puss and Donkey. He first appears as a warm and friendly motel owner, inviting the two in, but is told by Donkey to have killed the Puss. Puss then replies that Charming killed the Donkey. Puss and Donkey argue over who is killed, then resort to just making each other look bad, Puss saying that before Charming could kill him, the Puss leaped to safety. Donkey then replies that «was exactly what Charming wanted the Puss to do». Charming laughed, then pulled a lever to make Puss fall through a trapdoor. The story ends as Donkey gets Pinocchio to spray Puss with water, making him run away, which Shrek later says is cheating.
